My face is oily but very dry. Nothing seems to help. Have a remedy?

I use Eucerin and Mary Kay (oil control) moisturizers right now but none of it takes away this dryness. I've given up wearing foundation because my skin actually peels and looks horrible.

Avocado, mash it up real good and wear it for a while... it feels great when you wash it off.

The net result thus will see a downward swing in the economy of the country and lowered forex rate in currency trading market until such time that it hits a rallying point which will trigger the economy to re-start on an upward trend.

Factors that affect oil pricing could include one or more of the following; the vagaries of the weather, world politics and the actual capacity to meet the demand.

It has been observed that the currency of countries that produce & export oil will rise in value. When value of currency rises in forex market the environment results in robust economy. Similarly the value of currency of those countries which import most of their oil requirements will drop in value. And it will have an adverse impact on the forex market.

We can conclude that when Oil Prices go up, the economy of the countries having an abundance of oil will improve, the value of their currency will improve in forex market. Likewise, when the oil prices hits a low (which in real life seems like a far fetched dream) the countries supplying oil to other countries suffer loss, their currency suffers a loss in forex market and this will impact their economy adversely.

okay so i have a superr oily nose.
i started the oil cleansing method about a week and a half ago and it has helped slow the oil production on my face tremendously, but its still nowhere close to being gone.

my question is, does the mary kay oil mattifier actually help control oil on my face? im starting high school in a few days and i really want it as controlled as possible. i guess i would put it on right before my makeup every morning, and throughout the day.

so does it work? any tips?

I have extremely oily skin I tried the Proactive mattifier, daily oil control, the works...?

So what products are out there to help? I wash I masque I benzoil peroxide I even use the sulfer masque from Proactive...........I mean nothing works. I have the blotter sheets from Mary Kay & have used their Mattifier w/the Oil Control Lotion...........so please help. I would love to be able to go through the day without a breakout or an oil spill.

Sometimes really simple things help!
Maybe you should try putting baby powder on your face overnight. This absorbs oil.

Conjunctivitis is a highly contagious and equally annoying eye condition. It's caused by the inflammation of the outer layers of the eye and the inner eyelids. Conjunctivitis is also known as pink eye. Conjunctivitis is caused by an allergic reaction or a bacterial or viral infection. Those who have suffered from pink eye are prone to re-occurrence. It is often treated with steroids, antihistamines and other prescription medications. But there is another way you could do to avoid the side effects. And it's very expensive to use the costly traditional medicine. You could treat the conjunctivitis through natural herbal remedies in your own home.

Pink eye is, however, a condition that often needs to be diagnosed and treated early as certain types of conjunctivitis are very contagious and any prolonged inflammation of the eyes should be treated with caution to prevent complications and tissue damage.

Symptoms:

Discomfort in the eye
Redness of the eye or inner eyelids
Discharge and teariness
Discharge may cause eyelids to crust and stick together while sleeping
Tenderness of the eye, or pain
Sensitivity to light
Swelling of the eyelids

Remedies:

Colloidal Silver -- You can buy colloidal silver in a spray bottle. Spray into your eyes two to three times a day. You can also put one or two drops of colloidal silver in your eyes two or three times a day if you can't find a spray bottle. Colloidal silver has been known to cure pink eye as quickly as six hours. Be sure to use a few days after healing to be safe.

Castor Oil -- Put one to two drops in your eyes two times each day. Your eyes will get better within one day, but you should keep using it for a few more days to make sure it is completely gone. Your eyes will get blurry from the oil but it does not sting or hurt and in fact can be soothing.

Sea Salt -- Put a teaspoon of sea salt in one cup warm water and stir until dissolved. You can use an eye dropper and put two to three drops of the saline solution you have created directly into your eye or you can use a cotton ball. Saturate the cotton ball and place it on your eye allowing the water to run into your eye. This is a tried and true remedy that has been used for many years and is still a staple in England.

Warm water compresses: Dip a flannel in warm water and apply it to the eye three or four times a day for ten minutes. In addition, a cotton-wool bud dipped in a bowl of warm water with a couple of drops of baby shampoo can be used to clear away the crusts from the eyelids.

Apple juice: Apple juice is recommended for blepharitis-infection of the eyelids-which may be asso¬ciated with conjunctivitis or come on its own accord. Peel off a two inch slice of apple, bend in half with the skin sides together till the juice appears, then press on the eye lids gently.
