Clear Acne With Natural Food

For severe acne, natural food can be treated as supplementary to ongoing medical care.

Face packs

Consider food items from your kitchen to combat and clear acne. Face packs made from tomato juice have the effect of clearing the pores and softening the skin. Place protective cotton wool over your eyes when applying this pack and lie down till it dries completely. Cleanse your face with a mix of skimmed milk and a drop of lime and follow this up with a facial steaming for five minutes and pat it dry. Now apply a mix of milk, rose water and turmeric and let it dry. Ensure that you take a very small quantity of turmeric. Now wash your face using gram flour. If your skin is dry, add a drop of olive oil to the mixture. Egg white and honey face pack are also effective in keeping the skin supple and clean.

Add sprouted pulses and grains of your choice to salads and vegetables to make a full meal. Eat raw sprouts only if your digestive capacity is high, otherwise, cook the sprouted pulse. Secondly, when sprouts of different pulses and grains are consumed together, it calls for a lifestyle involving a high degree of physical activity over and above a strong liver. Water

The single and most effective way to clear your body of toxins is with plain water. Regular consumption of warm or tepid water in the course of the day is known to be effective in clearing the elemental imbalances of the body. As soon as you wake up, fill your mouth with water and splash your eyes gently. In cold weather, use warm water to do this. If you feel the body has not completely digested the food of the night before, drink salt water and purge it to clean your stomach. Another fluid that helps you clear acne is coconut water.

Vegetables

Grate a potato and squeeze out its water. Apply the potato juice to lighten the blemishes on your skin. Spinach soup is great way to clear acne since it helps clear the bowels. It is a good idea to incorporate a vegetable soup in your meal plan. Take a large slice of capsicum and onion and add crushed ginger and garlic. Boil it in a glass of water until it reduces to half.
