I NEED SOME SERIOUS HELP WITH MY SKIN!!!!?

Ok so I am 25 years old, and I really have never washed my face on a regular basis(I know right stupid) Any ways, I just recently found out that you are supposed to do like a whole skin care program every night? ie: Cleanse, toner, exfoliate(like masks), and then moisturize?? What the hell where have I been, can you help me and let me know what the best skin care program is? like mary kay or whatever? Thank you so much!!

I've found that clean and clear works fine, you should really clean your face twice a day and then do the 'skin care program' only before you go to bed. ProActive is pretty popular, but I've found the lotion makes my skin oily and if I don't use the lotion my skin is too dry. Another really good brand is Clinique. It's to die for.
