My hair is dead, what can I use to bring it back to life!?

OK so my hair is really fried.
I use organic shampoo and wash my hair every night.
It has split ends and breakage and my scalp gets build up really bad even from the organic shampoo!

I straighten my hair every day and sometimes I use some heat protecting spray but thats the only product I ever use.

I have tried using restorative creams, over night creams, different shampoos, but nothing helps my hair.
It also has really bad fly aways. And my hair is pretty thin, shoulder length..

What can I use to bring my hair back to life that ACTUALLY WORKS?

try a deep conditioning treatment, and getting it trimmed once a month helps eliminate the split ends and get the dead parts off. If you have fine hair, the straightener will fry your hair even with the best possible care. Try to find a new style that doesn't require straightening. My hair is very fine and can't take daily straightening, blowdrying etc, or it turns into hay at the ends.
