How can I stop my 3 ducks fighting?

I have 3 male ducks (1 classic mallard, and 2 mallard(/pacific black hybrids?). They are all male. The thing is that at certain seasons they fight all the time, to achieve their pecking order I suppose.

They destroy eachothers coats, and we had to take one to the vet last year because he would have lost his eye (luckily it was still there, but just crusted over and some antibiotic cream healed it up).

Do you know of anyway to use some duck psychology, to stop them fighting so much? I occasionally try to separate them to maybe scare them into stopping but after about 10 seconds of seeing eachother again they start fighting hard again.

Do you have any ideas at all? If there was such a thing, I would call... 'The Duck Whisperer' ;-D

Well, If you have a seperate cage its best, BUT if you want them to stop buy at least 5 more ducks that are FEMALE only they do that from dominince which females will destract them but no less more is better, if you get less overmating occurs.
or even get chickens they will get along it takes time
