little pimples on forehead..what should i do?

I've never really had any problems with acne or pimples, so I've never used any special facial cleansing products other then regular soap...Now im noticing these small tiny pimples on my forehead when i look in the mirror, looks like more and more and popping up everyday, how can i get rid of them?

Along with what everyone else said, exfoliate. Acne on the forehead is usually from products- it's not usually hormonal or stress-related. Use a gentle cleanser that has anti-bacterial properties (triclosan is a good anti-bacterial ingredient) an oil free toner that contains salicylic acid, and a moisturizer that contains glycolic acid and/or Retinol (vitamin A). All of those can be found in Murad products and Obagi products. Look on the web for more info. Good luck & change your pillow case often
