what is a good skin cleansing product for sensitive skin?

i have very sensitive skin, dont have acne. i just need to know of any body wash/ soap like DOVE to shower with that is specially for sensitive skin AND wont leave my skin dry. and i need to the same for a facial cleanser, for sensitive skin and wont leave my skin dry.

Skin toning products often contain drying products, such as alcohol or acetone, that can be irritating to sensitive skin. Avoid using a skin toner if your skin has become dry and delicate over the years. However, a natural skin toner like the product "Oxy-Skin" will bind water to the skin and provide extra cleansing and moisture. This product would be useful for someone with dry or oily skin.

Tips and advices for skin toning:

1.The rose is an excellent skin toner. Make rose water by mixing one tablespoon rose oil with two and half litres of purified water. Store it in refrigerator.

2.Take a piece of potato and rub it over the face and neck. Wash your skin after 15 minutes. This is very effective for oily skin.

Astringents are commonly referred to as toners and are basically used to remove oils and tighten the skin. Natural ingredients, such as green tea, witch hazel, calendula, chamomile, yarrow, nettles, sage oil and avocado oil, are the basis for a great number of the most gentle and effective astringents.

Toning close the pores, tighten the skin, and keep it from being exposed to many of the toxins that are floating in the air or other environmental pollutants. Toners can be used to clean the last traces of oil from the skin. Skin toning lotions freshen the skin. For Normal Skin, chop up a small sized fresh cucumber and liquidize it with half a cup of yoghurt. Apply the mixture for 5-10 minutes, and wash it off. For Oily Skin whisk one egg white until it thickens, then whisk in 1 tsp of honey. Finally add 1 tsp of lemon juice. Apply to your face and neck avoiding the delicate eye and lip areas.

If your skin type is Dry - Use non-lathering cleanser. Alternatively, if you like some suds on the face, use a lathering cleanser formulated for dry skin. These usually have added fats so as not to dry the skin.

For Dry skin, you can skip the toner step or use a non-alcoholic toner.

For Moisturiser - Use a moisturiser day and night. A richer moisturiser may be used at night. As for Protecting - Use a sunscreen during the day.

Moisturizers help prevent acne by keeping your skin already moist and hydrated. This means that your sebaceous glands don't have to work overtime to produce natural oils. When these oils are produced in excess, they could clog the pores and become one of the major causes of acne. By preventing the overproduction of excess oils, moisturizers could actually be one of the best products to fight acne.

Tonics are slightly stronger and contain a small quantity of alcohol (up to 20%), water and a humectants ingredient. Because of the alcohol content of Skin tonics, they are suitable for use on normal, combination, and oily skin. The alcohol acts as a drying agent in the tonic. Common herbs for oily skin are Chamomile-especially good for antiseptic values, fennel, lemon balm, parsley, rosemary, and peppermint and sage-especially good for antiseptic values.

Toning: it is necessary to tone the skin once you have finished with your cleansing routine. After cleansing and exfoliation, your skin needs to preserve its oil balance. Toners will help you do just that. There are different types of toners available in the market. You should find toner designed to fight against acne, if you are suffering from acne, you can try out the normal toner, if your skin is virtually free of any blemishes and you would like to keep it that way.
