What is the BEST acne cleanser on the market?

PLEASE DO NOT REFER TO PROACTIVE....BEEN THERE, DONE THAT, AND I'M NOT GOING BACK...
I need a really good acne cleanser that is not only going to fight my acne, but also help reduce poor size and eliminate blemishes.
I am African American with combination skin (dry-Oily) sensitive.
Please help, thanks!

okay I am a 10 year old girl who had a mom that had acne most of her life. This is how she got rid of her acne. First wash your face w/ hot water using original dial soap, after you wash and rinse your face in hot water splash your face w/ cold water to close up the pores, allow your face to air dry then get some green aloe vera gel and smear all over your face rub it in good. Watch out for your eyes, if it burns slightly this only means it's working. Also that pink or clear calamine lotion for insect bites helps to. For the scars buy vitamin E capsules from a health and nutrition store or pharmacy or wal-mart, poke a hole in the capsule w/ a safety pin or needle and smear into your scars. In a week if you wash your face like this at least 2-3 times daily you should see alot less acne. The vitamin E oil from the capsules however takes a couple weeks for results. Tooth PASTE helpsw/ big nasty pimples, makes swelling go down by about 80-90%.Proactive does NOT work!

A way you can be proactive in the fight against Breast Cancer is to perform a self exam at the same time routinely every month. By doing the self examinations by schedule you can easier find any abnormalities.
The breasts should be approximately the same size but this is not always the case and one may be larger than the other.
Check for any discoloration from the top to the bottom of each breast. Place your fingers on your breast and gently palpate in an overlapping pattern from top to bottom to include the underside. Repeat this process on the other breast.
Should you find any abnormalities log them on paper and contact your primary health care provider (P.H.P.).
It is very important to have examinations performed by your P.H.P. routinely; the amount of time recommended between exams varies by age and risk factors.

Your P.H.P. may ask you to have a mammogram. This is a procedure usually done in the x-ray department performed by an x-ray technician. The process is sometimes uncomfortable but the benefits far outweigh any discomfort. It is basically an x-ray of the breast and provides your P.H.P. with valuable information regarding you health and risk for Breast Cancer.
