how can i get rid of red marks?

i have red marks on my forehead from pimples. how can i get rid of them, like within a few days?
PLEASE- DONT RECOMMEND ANY PRODUCTS- im only 13 i cant see a doctor or buy anything special. the only thing that i have close to healing these is proactiv repairing lotion.
